FIFA World Cup Decision

i don't know how it happened.. i'm not sure how they choose.. but seriously FIFA?? Qatar?? and then Russia?? i for one may be bias here, but don't u think England deserve more to host the next World Cup.. i mean out of all countries in the world, England are one of those where football has become a culture.. so fine, i've never been to Qatar before n i don't know what football is to them but England haven't been hosting the Wolrd Cup since 1966 or something... owh well, maybe this is a fresh air to them where the World Cup was never hosted in the Middle East and Eastern Europe... lets just wait for the Cup in Brazil till then....
